Introduction to Meditation
If meditation is something you would like to include in your life but you're not too sure where to start this could be the course for you!

You may have heard of the benefits of meditation including anxiety and stress relief, as an aid to overcome insomnia, confidence, calming for stomach and bowel disorders, blood pressure reduction, mind balancing, general relaxation, to improve energy levels and much more.

If you struggle with any of these things and want to help yourself get in control of these symptoms, meditation could really help.

In this short beginners course you will learn basic meditation techniques that will allow you to start your own meditation practice at home.

To attend this course you do not need any experience and just need to bring along items to help you to feel comfortable, for example a large cushion to sit on or a blanket to keep you nice and warm.
