Rachel's background is Psychology and following on from her degree she moved into the world of Human Resources and progressed to the position of HR Director. The part of her job that she was best at and also loved the most was coaching, she decided she wanted to do more of it. After experiencing NLP and hypnotherapy style life coaching herself, she knew that she wanted to learn and become skilled in these techniques. They really worked for her and she wanted to help others move forward in life through providing a professional, ethical and effective coaching and therapy service.
"I love seeing a client walk out of a session with the motivation and confidence they need to succeed."
Kate has been an NLP practitioner since 2000 and a qualified coach since 2008. More recently she became a reiki master, a systems worker, a colour teacher and she also uses mindfulness techniques. Kate helps people transform their lives by supporting them to release the fears that are blocking their growth. Clients get a fresh perspective and reduce their levels of stress as they start to see patterns in their behaviour. Kate works with people with anxiety, stress, depression, addictions; along with those who overthink stuff and those who are stuck because of fear of failure or success. Her strength is in blending a range of modalities to find what works for her clients and to support them in embracing their whole selves not just the parts that they think is acceptable to others. Often clients come with a business issue and yet you cannot separate work out from life. Jacqui Dennaford, a CBT-trained therapist wrote this review recently:
"A slight delayed thank you Kate who I visited way back in late March and then again a couple of weeks ago she opened her house and heart to me on her one day business MOT. More a personal MOT than business I thought on the day...how wrong could I be! Since first meeting Kate I have not only adjusted my mindset in relation to myself, health and wellbeing I have made some huge direction changes in my business. Sometimes the obvious is in front of your face, however the mirror has to be held up by someone else. Thank you Kate for listening, rejigging and throwing it back to me in a way my system can absorb.”
In 2017 Kate became a published author. The book she wrote with Kath Roberts explains how colour works. You can download a free taster of Colourful Boardrooms by clicking here. Along with her business partner she is now offering coaching supervision programmes which bring together systems thinking and colour.

After completing a BSc Honours degree in Herbal Medicine from the University of East London in 2013, Shani Crofton opened her herbal medicine practice – Boundary Herbs. Shani's 20 years experience as a Diagnostic Radiographer within the NHS and in South Africa put her in the unique position of being able to understand the limitations of Western primary healthcare. These limitations are centred on chronic disease and available treatment pathways. This led her to believe that a more integrated approach to healing is needed and she began to investigate more traditional healing methods. Integrated medicine combines both conventional medicine and complementary healing, with sound knowledge and a known safety profile. Integrated medicine takes into consideration diet and lifestyle choices and encourages the pursuit of affordable, realistic and enjoyable exercise plan.
Shani is a Member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists (NIMH) which is the UK’s leading professional organisation for practitioners of herbal medicine. Established in 1864, NIMH is the first supervisory organization for western herbal medicine in the world and has a stringent code of ethics and practice.
